Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with The Ninth Tee. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help, within the boundaries of our global dropshipping model.

🔄 Returns

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

💰 Refunds

Once the supplier receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a supplier error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue quickly.

📦 Important Note

Because all products ship directly from our suppliers, The Ninth Tee does not manage physical inventory or returns. All returns must go back to the supplier that fulfilled your order.
